Below is an excerpt from Griffith's valuation showing Wombwell lands in Ballee, County Down. Thomas Gracey also named on the page appears in Harriet Wombwell’s will, courtesy of an unpaid debt of 1000 pounds, the proceeds of which are to be distributed to her children and grandchildren. The Mrs Wombwell named is not Harriett Wombwell, but her mother, Maria West. The Graceys were another well-known Downpatrick family of the time.
